Job Description

  • Site management as the main contractor
  • Preparation, control and monitoring of scheduling and financial plans
  • Organization and control of works (quality, deadlines) of all types of construction and installation works
  • Understanding and implementation of contractual, technical and project documentation
  • Preparation of calculations and financial monitoring of the performance of own works and subcontractor works
  • Coordination and timely communication with the responsible persons of the investor and the supervising engineer
  • Keeping a construction diary and construction book and preparing monthly reports for the investor on the completed works
  • Rectification of any defects in the construction or works as per complaints from the investor and users within the warranty period


Requirements

  • Professional certification exam
  • High degree of responsibility, self-initiative and creativit
  • Professional approach to teamwork
  • Willingness to work in the field in the territory of the Republic of Croatia
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience.

  • Creating and adjusting tender cost estimates, calculating and verifying quantities
  • Contacting suppliers, sending and collecting requests for offers
  • Analyzing offers and creating the bid price
  • Preparing supporting documentation for contracts and coordinating with the legal department on contract preparation
  • Receiving and recording contracts signed with subcontractors and investors


Requirements

  • At least 2 years of work experience in cost estimation in high-rise and/or low-rise construction
  • Technical knowledge in construction, understanding of business processes and procedures, excellent computer skills
  • High motivation, reliability, communication skills, and teamwork
