Job Description

  • Collecting the necessary documentation for application to tenders
  • Processing incoming bid documentation
  • Creating and adjusting bid cost estimates, calculating and verifying quantities
  • Contacting bidders, sending and collecting inquiries for bids
  • Analyzing bids and creating bid prices
  • Preparing accompanying documentation for contracts and preparing contracts with the legal department
  • Receiving and recording contracts concluded with subcontractors and investors

 

Requirements

  • High school/college/university degree in civil engineering
  • At least 2 years of work experience in cost estimation in high-rise and/or low-rise construction
  • Technical knowledge in the field of construction, understanding of business processes and procedures
  • Excellent computer skills
  • High motivation, reliability, communicativeness, and collegiality
  • Active use of Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, AutoCAD

 

Languages: Croatian (speaking – native, writing – basic), English (speaking – basic, writing – basic)

Driver’s License: B

  • Responsibility for implementing schedules
  • Collaboration with external stakeholders at the construction site and the investor
